This has been a quarantine necessity in my house! I've been loving plain non-fat greek yogurt with this homemade granola, some fresh fruit and a little bit of honey.
It's really easy to make, just make sure you cook the granola low and slow so it doesn't burn. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
3 cups rolled oats
pinch salt
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup neutral oil (coconut, canola, vegetable, etc.)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts of your choice (walnuts, pecans, peanuts, almonds, etc.)
1 cup dried fruit of your choice (red or golden raisins, cranberries, cherries, etc.)
Method:
Start by preheating your oven to 200 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, salt, wheat germ, oil, and honey.
Place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and place in the oven for 60 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add the dried fruit and nuts.
Let cool, add to a reusable container and enjoy within two weeks!
